Effective May 19, 2021 the Community Office located at 1212 W. Broadway is open Mondays and Wednesday from 9am-5pm for pre-booked appointments.
Enhanced safety measures are in place, including video intercom for entry, plexiglass at reception, signage to ensure physical distancing, occupancy limits for meeting spaces, removal of reception seating, HEPA-filter fans, frequent sanitizing and thorough daily cleaning.
To protect the health of our community and project team during the pandemic, appointments are now required for in-person meetings which can be booked by phone, email or contact form on the website. Visitors must adhere to the following protocols during appointments:
- wear a mask and sanitize upon entry
- provide name and contact number for contact tracing
- maintain physical distancing
- no washroom access
- no entry if sick or required to quarantine
